Dead Journal entry from March 13, 2002
"Yesterday was amazing. We woke up early and he came to kidnapp me, even in his tired hung over state. We wandered the mall and bought pinkish red smoothies and ate fast food and played with all the toys in KB...and when we left we were more awake and talking alot and the pills I had swallowed were making the edges of my brain go fuzzy and numb and we shopped and wandered and shopped and wandered and finally, we tore ourselves away and sped down 95 until we crashed head on into New Hope. From there we went up to Sommerville NJ and shopped more and wandered more and when I started feeling sick and tired, when I thought my head was going to cave in and my belly was going to rupture, we left. The sunset was unreal. It exploded out infront of us and set the sky on fire. This beautiful burning pink and magenta and red and burgendy hellfire burned for miles and then, as quick as it ignited, it faded out, leaving only a black and blue bruised sky to hang above us. The rest of the night was spent eating Chinese food in D-toWn with Kevin and Lee and then watching dvds on Seriel Killers and the room just spun and spun from those goddamned pills and his hands felt like live wires burning my skin and finally we both collapsed and passed out from exhaustion.
Some days are better than others. Lately, every day has been good. I'm almost waiting for it to all come crashing down around me.
But...
until then, I'll take this anyday."
